The burg. is the brainchild of brothers John and Patrick Hamilton, a rustic farmhouse restaurant specializing in all things wood fired. We created the burg. in 2017 to showcase the excitement that wood fired pizza brings everyone. We cook comfort food made with our own twist, using seasonal ingredients and served in a warm setting where all are welcome.
